PresScan™ MKIV PresScan™ is a portable moisture meter for collection, analysis, reporting and storage of data on press fabric and web performance in the press section. The record data sampling at 1500 samples/sec makes it the fastest moisture meter on the market. PresScan™ is able to perform not only the traditional moisture scans, but also to plot FFT analysis of the data, with a resolution over ten times higher than the traditional meters. PreScan™ system includes a portable moisture meter, software and a power supply. All units are battery-operated. PresScan™ microwave moisture meter uses a unique digital measuring technique to provide a greater accuracy of measure over a wide range of moisture content. Designed to be rugged in any operating environment, with its integral digital signal processing unit provides very high stability and data accuracy. We carefully listen to our customers, and implement constant improvements in our products. This attention led to the development of the PresScan™ MKIV version, with new advanced features. Ergonomy matter When we went to the drawing board, to design the new PresScan series, we had 2 objectives in mind: maximum ergonomy and lightweight. The result is a moisture meter very easy to handle in all the situations, with the possiblity to unfold, doubling its dimensions, to reach the most difficult positions found on the paper machine.
