for Corbellini. Located in Gorizia, northern Italy,
Corbellini is a global leader in ceramic technology
used in the pulp and paper industry.
We can offer our North American customers an extensive
array of drainage elements made from a wide selection
of high quality ceramics.
Of special interest to tissue, newsprint and fine papermakers
is Corbellini's "Vario-Slot" Uhle box (patent pending).
This new and unique Uhle box enables papermakers to
change the slot width (single our double) on the fly.
The advantages of this technology are numerous, and
include, improved moisture profiles, optimized yankee
coating control, improved felt life, and ease of wad
removal through the slot(s).
Corbellini manufactures all of the ceramics they incoporate
into the finished elements, thereby assuring the customer
of consistent high quality products. The structures
used to support the ceramic drainage elements are all
made of Stainless Steel.
