Cristini has developed Eyetech™, a full
support service for pulp and paper manufacturers. The company
ascribes the same strategic value to this service
as it does its products.
Technical assistance compliments the products we make,
giving them real added value.
Eyetech™ is totally integrated with research
and development. As a result, transferring knowledge between
the final application and production is an extremely efficient
process.
EyeTech™ service package includes specific software developed
to dynamically control the individual sections of a paper
machine, making it possible to acquire operational data
during periodical control tests, and as a result, keep
the application data bank permanently updated.
On-line assistance via the Internet or videoconference are
also offered to our customers.
Diagnostic instruments without compromise
In the year 2000, Cristini Group has started developing its
proprietary line of diagnostic instruments, with the target
to outperform the limits of the traditional tools used to
service the pulp and paper machines, at the lowest possible cost.
The results are two products, PresScan™ and FiberScan™, developed
in conjunction with two prestigious Universities and Excellence
Research Centers.
Their technologies are very advanced, and they are object of various
proprietary patents.
The performances and principles of the above meters are not
comparable to any competitor instrument available on the market
today.
An example? Our FiberScan™ has been the first drainage meter on the market
emploing harmless microwaves rather than the traditional ionizing radiations.
